Rebecca Feuerlicht is the project managfer at the Center for Sustainable Energy overseeing the administration of the statewide Self-Generation Incentive Program in the San Diego Gas & Electric service territory.  She works with engineering staff, utility customers, project developers and manufacturers covering a broad range of distributed generation technologies.
