Charlie Buck works closely with the Director of Policy and Strategy to develop and implement CCSE's policy and legislative agendas. He serves as a primary point of contact for a variety of local governments, and supports legislative efforts that CCSE chooses to undertake in pursuit of its mission. His responsibilities include supporting local government energy planning and policy development; working with key stakeholders at the local, regional and state level; represent CCSE, its programs and policy positions in a variety of public and official forums; develop CCSE positions on specific legislative efforts in renewable energy, energy efficiency, transportation and climate change; and provide forward guidance to the Director of Policy and Executive Director on upcoming policy developments and imperatives.
