I want to sincerely thank you for doing an expert job of setting up our room for last night's event.  The evening flowed with ease because of it. The individual level of attention given to things like video, music, lighting, etc. was not lost on me. Every time a small need came up throughout the evening, the answer I got was "Sure, we can do that."  Your eagerness to accommodate our needs was fantastic.
