Polluters Pay Vote at Carlsbad City Council

Youth v. Oil is advocating for the Carlsbad City Council to add our clause to their legislative platform supporting the Polluters Pay Climate Superfund, to hold the largest fossil fuel companies accountable for the climate damages they caused.

April is Earth Month! Join SanDiego350 at these events to talk to community members about climate change and ways they can take action.

This year, we’ll go to 8+ events. Our theme will be “Stand Up for Democracy, Save our Planet”. Volunteer at one of these events by registering. You’ll get training and one of our new stickers!

Resist Trump Flash Banner Action – Golden Hill

The Raise the Alarm Team continues our Flash Banner Actions (FBAs) because resistance to the Trump administration remains as important as ever. So too is keeping climate change and the need for climate action before the public. We calculate that we are reaching about 5 to 10 thousand vehicles for each hour that our banners are up and the response from motorists is mostly positive. We’ve held over 25 FBAs in North County, Central SD, and the South Bay. Join us as we reach commuters on a new interstate – the I-94!
